Assistant Headteacher - Mrs Gosling

I graduated in 2010 with a Primary Education degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. I have always wanted to be a teacher since I can remember and have fond memories of my primary school and teachers back in Coventry, where I grew up. Before my teaching career, my jobs involved making cuddly toys, doing the 'Okey Cokey' at children's parties and often dressing up as a giant teddy bear!

I have a little boy, who keeps me very busy at home. Many of my weekends are spent running around after him covered in play dough, paint and mud but when I have the time I love cooking, hosting parties and enjoying time with my friends and family. I am always eager to get the children cooking and baking in the classroom.

I started working at Ladybarn in 2010 as a Newly Qualified Teacher and have been working here ever since. I feel Ladybarn is an amazing school where children are encouraged, by staff, to be excited about their education and develop a love for learning and are nurtured and supported to become successful adults. I am passionate about further developing our school to continue the amazing work that happens here.
