Parents’ Meetings are due to take place in week 3 of this half term for you to discuss your child/ren’s progress with their teacher. These will be held on:

Tuesday 16th November⋅3.30pm to 5.00pm

Wednesday 17th November: 3.30pm to 7.30pm

 

We will once again have the same system we introduced in the spring term this year, due to Covid-19 restrictions. This system is called ‘School Cloud’ and the meeting will be on video call. 

 

Meetings will be 8 minutes long and will start promptly at the time you have booked. These meetings will be continuous for the teacher, so as soon as your time finishes the next appointment will automatically start and yours will end. The instruction booklets attached provide more detailed guidance. We have had very positive feedback from other schools who have used this system successfully.

The system will go live today from 4pm on 2nd November . It is essential to book a parents’ meeting for your child/ren as soon as possible to get a time of your choice. Each child needs an appointment booking individually. Both parents/carers can be in the meeting from different locations - the instructions for this are also in the booklet sent out to parents.

 

If you have any issues, please speak to your child's class teacher who can help with booking, or alternatively email them on their class email (for example Miss Jenks’s class would be 5b@ladybarn.manchester.sch.uk).
