Our School Day
School officially opens at 9.00am, however, the school doors are open from 8.50am. Registration is at 9.00am. The length of the school week is 31 hours, 40 minutes.
Getting to School
To get to and from school, walking is definitely the best option! There are many benefits: it’s healthier than travelling by car, it improves the safety of pedestrians and road-users, and it respects nearby residents and parking regulations. If you do need to travel by car, please park wisely.
Morning Playtimes
In the morning children in Year 1 and 2 have a break from 10.20am until 10.35am. Year 3 and 4 enjoy their break from 10.35 - 10.50am. Years 5 and 6 enjoy their break from 10.50am until 11.05am.
Collection
School finishes for EYFS at 3.15pm and for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 at 3.20pm.
At the end of the school day parents collect their children from the appropriate exits. As children get older, it would be expected that they would become more independent with this
